Cornwall dresses up for Spooktacular

Kids, parents and dogs donned costumes for the Sunday afternoon Spooktacular on Main Street. The Greater Cornwall Chamber of Commerce sponsored the event. President Joe Dvash thanked store owners for opening on Sunday to hand out candy. He also praised the event chairperson (Eileen Hartmann) and the costume judges (Jackie Gaillard and Michael Summerfield).
