Around 2:30 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a two-car accident on Route 9W and Mountain Road in Cornwall-on-Hudson. First responders included Town of Cornwall and Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson Police Departments, Cornwall Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and Storm King Engine Company.
