The Town Board will meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21 to approve the CSEA contract and review a proposal for monitoring the water level around Kiryas Joel’s well on Route 32 in Mountainville. The meeting will be held in the Town Hall conference room.

The New York State Health Department recently announced it would provide free blood testing for residents of the Newburgh area that may have been exposed to Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) found in Lake Washington, which had provided the City of Newburgh’s water supply until early May 2016.
