Even ghosts, goblins and witches have to watch out for bad weather. The Spooktacular on Main Street has been moved to Sunday afternoon. It will take place from 2 to 4 p.m.
Window painting has also been rescheduled. Kids can pick up their supplies and get to work between 9 a.m. and noon on Sunday.
There will be no parking on Main Street from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, and no traffic allowed on Main Street from 1:30 to 4 p.m.
