Volunteers shoot baskets for BFF

Before students can get a parking spot at the high school, they have to attend a class on impaired driving.

BFF got some unexpected help in its mission of providing weekend meals for students who might otherwise go hungry.

“It’s a good community,” Sally Mattausch said, “and people do support you when they know there’s a need. Our need is so local and so hidden.”
