Judge Robert Freehill was expected to make a decision, tomorrow, with regards to what evidence would be allowed in the trial of Angelika Graswald, who is accused of killing her fiancee, Vincent Viafore, in a kayaking incident last year.
That decision will have to wait until Oct. 21 as the case has been adjourned due to the David Carlson murder trial which began today.
Graswald’s attorney, Richard Portale, was unable to comment, on the second delay, due to a gag order which is still in affect. Freehill was originally going to make a ruling at the end of last month, as well as set a date for the trial to being.
