New York State Police recovered, Saturday morning, a body from the Hudson River in the vicinity of West Point. During a press conference Tuesday, Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler confirmed the body is missing kayaker Vincent Viafore.
An indictment was officially filed, with Orange County Court, charging Viafore’s fiancee, Anglika Graswald, with Murder in the Second Degree and Manslaughter in the Second Degree.
