Lisa Castanon was in the Town of Cornwall Justice Court on Thursday night. She had missed earlier appearances because of the injuries she suffered when her car was hit by a train at Cornwall Landing. At the time, Ms. Castanon was charged with DWI.
Judge Lynn Beesecker did not render a verdict on Thursday night. Instead the case was adjourned until March 17.
