The New York State School Board Association will hold its annual conference in Albany on Feb. 28-29. The event will start with a networking reception on Sunday evening, and the Cornwall Middle School Jazz Combo will be providing the music.
Steve Kessler always has his band on the go, but this will be a new experience for the young musicians.
