Randy Clark concluded his final Town Board meeting as supervisor with a prepared message.
He started with a joke and then thanked some of the people and organizations that made his position pleasurable. He cited the residents, town employees, and his office staff. He paid special tribute to Al Mazzocca, who was on the Town Board with him for several years.
He acknowledged help from Deputy Supervisor Jim McGee and from Doug Land of the Economic Development Committee. The supervisor concluded his message with a “thank you” for his wife Mary.
When he was finished, the audience (which included some of his opponents) applauded. The complete speech will appear on page 4 of this week’s Local.
