Katherine DiLillo won the Cornwall Lions Club Peace Poster contest with Quinn Andrews the runner-up. Both girls are in the seventh grade.

OPERATION GRATITUDE
Tara Berchielli’s first graders at Willow Avenue School are sending some of their Halloween candy to military personnel and veterans. The kids will be packaging the candy on Nov. 13 and including letters to the recipients.
LEE LENDS A HAND
Kids from Lee Road Elementary School will be among the helpers at Farmside Acres on Angola Road on Nov. 30 when volunteers load a truck with “trees for troops.”
