On his Facebook page, Assemblyman James Skoufis blasted the DEC. “All independent evidence,” he said, “pointed to the fact that there simply is not enough water in the aquifer that Woodbury and Cornwall already use to sustain a new, massive well. None of this mattered to the DEC.”
