At least two passengers were removed from a rolled-over vehicle on the northbound side of Route 87 around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. New York State Police, Cornwall Fire Department, Cornwall Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and New Windsor Ambulance responded to the scene. Only one lane heading southbound was allowed to pass while traffic was tied up northbound until vehicles were allowed to travel on the shoulder. The accident occurred just after the Pleasant Hill Road overpass.
