The Local has canceled the candidates forum that was scheduled for Saturday morning at Munger Cottage. After a notice of the event appeared in last week’s issue, one of the candidates said there had been a misunderstanding, and they had not agreed to participate. Another individual couldn’t attend because of a scheduling conflict. We canceled the event to avoid being unfair to any of the participants.
