A motor vehicle accident, involving a car and tractor trailer, has both southbound lanes blocked on Route 9w, underneath the Angola Road overpass. Drivers of both vehicles appeared to be alert. The accident took place at about 12:30 p.m.

Emergency personnel responded to an accident shortly after 3 p.m. on Quaker Avenue near the 9W ramp. Cornwall Fire Department volunteers disabled the vehicles while EMTs from Cornwall Volunteer Ambulance Corps and New Windsor Ambulance Corps tended to two females.
A two-car accident had traffic blocked in both directions on Route 32. The cause of the accident is unknown, but at least one patient was transported to the hospital and treated for a head injury.
At least three patients, one female and two male, were treated for injuries and transported to the hospital following a two-car collision on Route 32 at approximately 2:45 p.m.
