The son of the late Nicholas A. Corea and Mary Louise (Altmann) Corea, Nick was born on December 30, 1964 in Cornwall, NY.
Nick’s culinary talents were shared in various establishments in New York and Colorado. In 2001, Nick opened Nicky’s at the Storm King Theater. The rock of our family has crumbled. Nick’s presence will be so greatly missed but his impact will live on with all of us forever.
