According to one motorist, the crew constructing the Willow Avenue overpass has typically ended their day at 4 p.m. But with zero fanfare, the road blocks were removed, Tuesday afternoon, and the bridge crossing over Rt. 9W was re-opened to traffic. A temporary walkway was erected and the previous overpass was demolished earlier this year.
