Ralph L. Bullock, of New Windsor, entered into eternal rest on Jan. 26 at his home. He was 98 years old.
The son of the late James J. Bullock and Mary J. (Toomey) Bullock, Ralph was born on Feb. 8, 1921 in Lexington, Mass.
Ralph earned his bachelor’s degree and worked as a chemist with GAF in Newburgh. He honorably and proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was an active member of St. Thomas of Canterbury Church in Cornwall-on-Hudson. Ralph will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Ralph was predeceased by his loving wife: Yolanda G. (Gnocchi) Bullock. He is survived by his daughters Denise L. Schertz of Roanoke, Va., Kathryn Clark and her fiancé William Andrews of Montgomery; his son Dennis Bullock and his wife Victoria of Syosset; four grandchildren Matthew, Meghan, James and Paul; and his six great grandchildren William, Keilan, Ronin, Amelia, Henry and Eloise. In addition to his wife, Ralph was predeceased by his sons-in-law: Dr. Gerald Schertz and Michael Clark.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7 at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8 at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, 340 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson. Inurnment with Military Honors will follow the Mass at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Middle Hope.

Catherine E. Vanduzer, a lifelong Cornwall-on-Hudson resident, entered into rest on Tuesday, Jan. 28. She was 88.
The daughter of the late Floyd and Elizabeth Park Courter, she was born on Aug. 28, 1931 in Highland Mills.
Catherine was a member of the New Windsor American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Her favorite pastime was crocheting.
Survivors include: her son Dennis and his wife Marcelene Coonan Vanduzer; grandchildren: Cody Vanduzer and Kristi Kubasek and her husband Jeff. She was predeceased by her husband, William H. Vanduzer.
Visitation was held on Sunday, Feb. 2 at James F. Lulves Funeral Home in Cornwall-on-Hudson. A graveside service was held on Monday, Feb. 3 at Friends Cemetery, in Cornwall.
