Rollover closes off-ramp

Quaker Avenue, by the 9W on/off ramps is blocked following a motor vehicle accident.

After a car crashed into Woody’s on July 6, Deke Hazirjian (the restaurant owner) said the accident could have been much worse.

Emergency personnel responded to an accident shortly after 3 p.m. on Quaker Avenue near the 9W ramp. Cornwall Fire Department volunteers disabled the vehicles while EMTs from Cornwall Volunteer Ambulance Corps and New Windsor Ambulance Corps tended to two females.
