Little League starts 68th season

Last November, the Board of Directors decided to start the season on April 14. The members were either clairvoyant or just lucky, because April 14 was a beautiful day. President Lynn Beesecker served as master of ceremonies.

The varsity baseball and softball players formed an arch with inflatable bats. Little Leaguers marched under the bats and onto the field.
