Son of the late Irvin L. Steinke and Luella V. Vollmer Steinke, he was born Aug. 13, 1939 in Tigerton, Wis.
Anyone that knew Gerald would tell you that he was a generous thoughtful patriotic man that would do anything for the ones he loved.
