Committee adopts resolution

A year and a half ago we reported that no place is immune to the threat of heroin and opioid addiction. That’s still true. But it doesn’t mean that the trend can’t be reversed.

A year and a half had passed since our last interview. At the time, Dr. Gelman had given me a graph that showed the mortality rate for the pandemic that followed World War I.

“Potential leaders.” — That’s the type of student that the Junior Leadership Orange program (JLO) looks for. This year, seven students from the Highland Falls Intermediate School and one from the Cornwall Central Middle School have been selected to participate in the program.
