The Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson has declared a state of local emergency from 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31 to 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1. The curfew applies to people under the age of 18 with the exception of those traveling to or from employment, to or from an authorized school activity, or on an errand concerning a medical emergency.
