Last fall the Melissa Bambino Melanoma Foundation gave the school district $30,000 for sun shelters at the three elementary schools. Lee Road School got its shelter first, and the Town campers used it for a game of “Duck, Duck, Goose” — even though the sun wasn’t shining. COH and Willow Avenue will get their shelters later in the month.
