Did you notice the utility trucks on Main Street today? They may have slowed traffic. But they’re a welcome addition.
Supervisor Richard Randazzo reports that Central Hudson has agreed to replace all but one of the utility poles in the business district to improve the area’s appearance.
There’s no timetable for completion, and the work will have to be coordinated with Verizon. “But this is good news,” Mr. Randazzo said this morning.
