Responders busy with water main breaks

A crash brought Broadway residents out of their home this morning. They thought it might be a hit-and-run accident, but as soon as they got outside, they could see what happened.

Shortly after 1 p.m., Nicole Johnson, 28 of Croton, was traveling northbound on Route 9W, in her father’s 2011 Hyundai Sonata, when she noticed smoke coming from under the hood.
