St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital (SLCH) is now a member of the Montefiore Health System. The plans for the arrangement had been announced at a press conference in October. The New York State Health Commissioner and the Federal Trade Commission approved the plans this month.
The SLCH Board of Trustees will remain intact, and will now include three members-at-large from Montefiore. Joan Cusack-McGuirk will continue as the SLCH Interim President and CEO.
