Brenden O’Flaherty recently appeared on television as Time Warner Cable’s Scholar Athlete of the Week.
He knew about the interview about 10 days in advance, but didn’t know what questions he would be asked. He said it was weird seeing himself on television.
A co-captain of the football team, Brenden plays safety and wide receiver. Time Warner selected him after speaking to Coach Mike Connolly.
