It’s been nearly four years (1,403 days to be exact) since Hurricane Irene destroyed the Forge Hill Road bridge in New Windsor. State, county, and local officials attended a ribbon cutting ceremony earlier today. The bridge is officially open, allowing easier travel from Routes 9W and 94.
