The New York State Police and Cornwall-On Hudson Police have determined the death of Byrant J. Furchak, age 44, from New Windsor, to be the result of a self-inflicted gun shot wound.
A comprehensive investigation was conducted into Fuchak’s death. It was determined that there was no other party present when the shooting took place late Sunday night. The investigation encompassed numerous area interviews as well as video and telecommunication analysis.
