Anthony Desa, the president of the NYMA Board of Trustees, has invited the Town Board and the public to an informational meeting at the academy at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10. The meeting will either be in the conference room of the Administrative Building or in Scarborough Hall (if there are more spectators than the conference room can accommodate).
Originally, Mr. Desa was expected at the Town Board meeting Tuesday night. He requested the change of time and place this morning when he saw Supervisor Randy Clark at the NYMA graduation.
Although Mr. Desa did not disclose what he would be announcing, he said it would be something positive for the community.
