By Jason Kaplan Anyone driving by the Route 32 bridge in Cornwall may have noticed the large pieces of equipment and the plastic sheet covering one half of the bridge. The New York State Department of Transportation reports the bridge is being sand-blasted and re-painted, one of 15 bridges to receive a cosmetic upgrade. The equipment provides generator power, the blasting, and ventilation. Work is expected to be completed in July. A shift in lanes will be required, but no detours.
