Canterbury Green received a permit today to start work on a second building
The new structure will be a three-story wood frame building that will cover the concrete slab in the front of the property. With an address of 77 Quaker Road, the building will contain 31 units and an underground garage. The new units will be available to residents age 55 and above. Dumpsters were expected to arrive on the property today.
