The Bannerman Island Trust has been offering regular tours of Pollepel Island for the past 15 years, but in 2007 a group of volunteers began sprucing up the island with its beautiful gardens.

Unlike in years past, the weather played a part in the May 9 Cornwall High School junior class prom festivities, but that didn’t stop the students from having a good time.

Writing books is hard work, but Bob McCue has a good explanation for why he does it. “I love Cornwall and I love its history,” he told me. His latest work is called “Cornwall Landing.”
