Russ Astarb, of Salisbury Mills, has been Andrew Lattimore’s student for years. On Saturday he was adding details to a painting of the Town of Cornwall’s gazebo. During the Plein Air season, which begins the end of May and runs until it starts to get cold, Lattimore will invite his students to paint in the outdoors. One popular location is around Rings Pond.
