Accident blocks Route 9W southbound

A medical emergency caused a driver to sideswipe a dump truck on Quaker Avenue this morning and then collide head-on with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.

At least two passengers were removed from a rolled-over vehicle on the northbound side of Route 87 around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

The Route 9W off-ramp, heading northbound, was closed around 3:10 this afternoon due to a vehicle rollover.
