An investiture ceremony was held earlier today to recognize Cindy Jebb as the new Dean of the Academic Board at the United States Military Academy. Nominated by President Barack Obama, she is the first female to hold the position. Jebb, a Cornwall resident, was also promoted from colonel to brigadier general.
